I
would need to set up a time with you to conduct a fitness
assessment. This would mostly involve an understanding of your health
history . And your goals. I would like to talk about being realistic
about goals. As well as do a body composition assessment. Involving
Measurements. Tape measure, Body fat.
If
you're not comfortable with that I really don't see it as being that
imperative to you getting started. It can be good for you seeing
progress. You'll see a difference by the way your clothes feel and by
the way you're moving with increased flexability. You'll feel
stronger and more vibrant. To
me those speak volumes that whatever we right down on paper are just
that numbers on paper. It is important though.
And
when you are comfortable we will document everything. That's what
I'm really big on is documentation. Everything we do I will write it
down. Every exercise, every rep and set is all documented. You can
see yourself being able to do more. You will also see how you and I
are formatting our workouts so you can do the same at your gym.

Therapy
Massage
therapy is an ancient art. With the knowledge and the understanding
that makes people capable of making it an art. As with training. My
massages are very comprehensive. I have experienced and seen
different modalities. I still continue to experience and study
different forms of massage. My style is a compilation of all my
encounters. Through my training and study and consistent passion for
conducting the best massage. You will have the most rewarding
experience that I can offer.
